How do I purchase a Little Lanes home?

A “Little Lanes” home is a newly constructed home in a small neighborhood cluster. Towns with the appropriate zoning and wastewater treatment capabilities lend themselves to utilizing properties that before were only available for single family homes on a single lot. The increased density afforded by zoning makes it possible for multiple homes to share a lot, thereby reducing the overall price and making them more affordable. Homes are designed, built, and priced to target buyers with gross household income of between 100% and 200% of area medium income, which translates to gross household income of approximately $100,000 to $200,000. Home prices will vary depending on size, land cost, and other factors.

Our current home designs are 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath homes of 1050 square feet and up, not counting the full basement. They will be available as side-by-side duplex units. Future projects will have homes of varying sizes.
