Alan McClennen
Alan, a retired Planning and Development Coordinator worked 30 years in the town of
Arlington MA. He served on the Cambridge Savings Bank Board as Trustee and five years as Chair. Since
retiring, he has served on multiple Orleans Town committees, including Select Board, Open Space,
Community Preservation, Wastewater and Affordable Housing. I

Fran is a retired Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health administrator who worked 20 years at the Fallon Community Health Plan in Central Mass. After moving to the Cape in the 1990’s she had a clinical practice at Orleans Psychotherapy Associates, where she learned about challenges people face living here on the Cape. She served as President of Orleans Pond Coalition, volunteered on the Board of Community Development Partnership and on Orleans Affordable Housing Committee. These days she enjoys playing in her gardens.

This modeling proved that homes could be built for purchase without public subsidies.
